Dubai CS Society started in the United Arab Emirates as the computer science society of Dubai College, and has since grown into an international student CS organisation with an active chapter in Bahrain and three further chapters opening in Singapore, New Jersey, and Hong Kong. Our roots are why we are called Dubai CS Society. We believe in keeping the name even as we grow internationally.

Everything the Society does fits into one of four pillars: School Initiatives, Projects, Research and Startups. Together they take a student from a first weekly session to shipping software, publishing research, and pitching a startup.
