The Society's accelerator-style fund: students pitch ideas and selected teams get funding and mentorship.
DC YC is an initiative offering students the opportunity to get their projects funded. With support from the CS Department, students pitch their ideas to receive funding and support from Dubai College, turning classroom concepts into real, impactful projects.
Named after the spirit of Y Combinator, DC YC brings the startup accelerator model to a school setting. Students don't just build projects, they learn to pitch, plan, and deliver with real stakes and real support behind them.
